1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betg ("betg," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://betg.cam. By accessing or using the betg platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the betg platform immediately. betg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a betg account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your country of residence.
• You are not accessing betg from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of betg or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from betg or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee of any third party.

By completing the betg registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including regarding your age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

betg is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and a selfie for biometric matching. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3. Account Rules

Each individual may hold only one (1) active betg account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your betg account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. betg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify betg support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

betg accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account or any balance therein to any other person. Any such attempted transfer will be void and may result in account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

betg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) and, where supported, in USDT via the TRC20 network. The following general terms apply to all financial transactions on the betg platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, USDT (TRC20), and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• betg charges zero platform fees on all deposits. Any applicable network or bank processing fees are those of the payment provider.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• betg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank batch schedules, or network outages.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers.
• betg reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits wherever technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
• betg aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the destination payment network.
• betg reserves the right to impose reasonable withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day, details of which are available in the cashier section.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betg offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bingo tickets, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all betg promotional offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the standard betg wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from issuance unless stated otherwise. Unused bonuses and associated pending winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• betg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Betg bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any player found to be exploiting promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, bonus abuse, or collusion may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Only one betg account per household, IP address, device, or payment method may claim any individual promotion.

6. Gameplay & Wagering

All games offered on the betg platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, and any other gaming products — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to determine outcomes. betg does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to fair play for all users.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity interruption during a game round, betg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Any winnings derived from a game that experienced a technical error demonstrably affecting the outcome may be voided at betg's discretion.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. betg is not liable for losses arising from disconnections on the player's end during live game sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the betg platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Registering multiple accounts for any individual or on behalf of any household.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information at any time.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent betg's security measures.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or betg employees to influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to conceal the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from betg.
• Abusing betg's bonus system, including through low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk.
• Attempting to access any betg account other than your own.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any betg content, software, or intellectual property without written permission.

8. Responsible Gaming

betg is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its players. We recognise that while most players enjoy betting purely for entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling habits that require support.

betg provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending on betg.
• Session Time Limits — Receive notifications and automatic logouts after a set duration of continuous gameplay.
• Wagering Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can wager within any defined time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betg platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any betg content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betg and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the betg platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own decision-making during gameplay.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the betg service.
• Unauthorised access to your betg account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information available on betg.
• Any force majeure event including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.

betg's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their betg account in the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

betg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including where betg reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Money laundering or terrorist financing activities.
• Collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• That the player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

Upon legitimate account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements and any amounts under investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. betg is not obligated to return funds where closure results from a violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

betg may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betg will endeavour to notify active players via email or a prominent site notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the betg platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a material change, your sole remedy is to close your betg account and withdraw any available balance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. betg operates within a PAGCOR-regulated context, and all gaming activities are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact betg support in the first instance via the contact details in Section 14. betg will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines.

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
